Aparthotel Ledererhof offers 22 luxuriously appointed guest rooms, apartments and holiday flats, each of which has been lovingly furnished down to the last detail. All rooms are fitted with terrace or balcony. The hotel also provides a sauna, solarium, gym, library and table tennis table.

We enjoy an ideal location, which is quiet yet central: just a short stroll takes you to the lake, a health centre and to the centre of Rottach-Egern. A thermal pool and the "Kur und Kongreßsaal" hall lie just 100 metres away.

The Aparthotel Ledererhof's grounds comprise a beautiful old farmhouse with Reception and breakfast room, a barn housing 3 large maisonette apartments (each with 3-4 rooms) and the main cottage-style hotel building where you find our 1-2 room apartments. In addition, we offer a 6-hole "pitch and putt" golf course 200 metres away (with holes of up to 150 metres in length), where you will also find a bistro and café.

All of our guest rooms and apartments are comfortable and tastefully furnished with Bavarian-style décor. Each room is equipped with shower/WC, satellite TV, direct dial telephone with fax/modem connection and safe. In addition, each of our apartments features a dining area, kitchenette or kitchen, a cosy lounge area and either balcony or terrace.

Our newly built maisonette apartments have been furnished with great attention to detail and are sure to satisfy even our most discerning guests. Our 4-room apartment comprises living room, bedroom and bathroom on the lower level and two further bedrooms, a bathroom/WC and separate WC on the upper level. A south-facing balcony is available on both levels, which are connected by a staircase. Our 3-room apartments include two bedrooms, a lounge, two bathrooms and a west-facing balcony.

Enjoy a comprehensive breakfast either in our old Bavarian breakfast room or on our large sun terrace. Our buffet includes fresh fruit, fruit juices, a wide range of cold cuts and cheeses, and fresh breads from the bakery opposite.

In the afternoons you can enjoy coffee and a variety of beverages on our terrace or sunbathing lawn.

Several restaurants can be found in the surrounding area, offering a variety of cuisine.

Aparthotel Ledererhof lies in proximity to the lake Tegernsee. The town of Rottach-Egern, with its elegant shops and well-tended health centres, can be reached in just a few minutes. The "Kur und Kongreßsaal" hall lies diagonally opposite the hotel. The thermal pool with its large sunbathing lawn, children's pool and water slides lies 200 metres away. We are the ideal base for hikes, mountain tours, golf, tennis and much more. In the winter you will find a cross-country ski track 1 kilometre away, and the "Spitzingsee Ski Circus" 3 kilometres away. The hotel's private 6-hole practice golf course "Birdie Golfcenter Tegernsee" lies just 200 metres away.

Sie verlassen an der Autobahnabfahrt Holzkirchen ( 97 ) die A 8 und fahren auf der B 318 Richtung Gmund /Tegernsee.

Kurz vor Rottach-Egern nach einer Agip-Tankstelle links liegt unser Hotel 100m von der Hauptstrasse entfernt.

Ab Muenchen Hauptbahnhof faehrt stuendlich ein Zug (BOB-Bayrische Oberlandbahn) nach Tegernsee.(Bitte in den richtigen Zugteil einsteigen,der Zug teilt sich) Fahrzeit 1 Std.
Von dort sind Sie in wenigen Minuten mit Taxi oder Bus ( Haltestelle Schwaighof ) im Hotel Ledererhof.
