Villen im Park

This 3-star hotel is set in a large park, a 10-minute walk from Bansin‘s white, sandy beach. It has a restaurant with a panoramic terrace.

The Villen im Park consists of 5 separate buildings, including the Hotel Seeadler, Hotel Silbermöve and Parkvilla Anemone.

Its bright, non-smoking rooms include satellite TV and a modern bathroom. All rooms are accessible by lift. Some rooms feature a terrace or balcony.

A large breakfast buffet is available at the Hotel Seeadler or the Parkhotel Bansin.

Guests staying at the Villen im Park are welcome to use the pool and sauna at the Parkhotel's ANCONIA Spa, which is 100 metres away. This is available for an extra fee.

The Klabautermann restaurant with panoramic terrace is open from May until October.

The central reception of the hotel is located in the Parkhotel Bansin (at approx. 50 meters distance).

The hotel Seeadler provides 50 comfortable and spacious triple, double and single rooms, as well as one 2 room apartment. Some of the rooms are connected via a door (up to 3 rooms can be connected). All of the 4 floors are reachable with the lift. One double room is especially fitted for the handicapped persons.

You can enjoy your breakfast in the sunny restaurant “Klabautermann” or on the outdoor terrace. Start the day with a varied buffet. During the summer we also serve coffee and cake on our roof-deck. We especially recommend our gourmet restaurant “Daurade” in the Parkhotel Bansin, which is well known for its select cuisine and its well assorted choice of wines from its wine cellar.

If you want to find intact nature at its best, you will find it on Usedom. The lush diversity of the flora and fauna are due to the favourable climate. The island lies protected from the harsh winds and the climate is more “continental” than the rest of the Baltic shoreline. This means warm and dry summers with occasional “real” winters. It’s for a reason, that the most sun time in Germany is annually measured on this beautiful island since 1906.

You can find the oldest coastal resorts of Europe on Usedom. The coastal resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck exist since more than 100 years. The boom time of the island was during the time of the German Emperor in 1871. During this time the island was also called the “bathtub of Berlin”. The coastal resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Bansin (founded in 1887) were called the “Emperor’s resorts” due to the illustrious guests of that time. During this boom some of the most splendid buildings where built on the island, of which most of them still grace Usedom today. People still talk about the “coastal resort architecture” today.

Arriving from Berlin
- Follow the federal highway across the Berlin Ring till the three-leg interchange Schwanebeck.
- Continue on the A11 towards Stettin (Szczecin)
- At the interchange Uckermark drive onto the A 20 towards Stralsund
- At the exit Pasewalk Nord drive onto the B 109 or take the exit Friedland onto the B 197 towards Anklam
- From Anklam drive on the B110 towards the island Usedom
- Drive off the B 110 towards Mellenthin and Bansin

Arriving from Hamburg
- Drive along the A 20 from Lübeck
- Exit at Gützkow onto the B 111 towards Wolgast
- From Wolgast onwards follow the sings towards Usedom and Seebad Bansin

In Bansin
- Turn into the seaside street at the first big intersection
- Follow the road for approx. 300 meters towards the town center.
- Turn left into the Fisherweg and follow the road
- After approx. 300 meters you will reach die hotel compound “Villen im Park”
