Important information
Please note that the Hotel Bansiner Hof operates its so-called "No Frills Season" between 03 November 2009 and 25 April 2010. During this period the hotel will be open from 16:00 on Tuesdays until 10:00 on Sundays.
During this period the reception will be open from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00, and from 16:00 to 23:00. Lunch will not be available. The kitchen stops serving food at 22:00.
The sauna will be open from Wednesdays to Saturdays between 15:00 and 19:00.
Rooms will be serviced once for stays of 3 nights or more, or twice for stays of 5 nights or more.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or modified, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 32 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Dinner costs EUR 20 per person per night. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 4 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
