Room information
The Villa’s 10 apartments are between 30 m² and 90 m² in size. They are individually designed and tastefully furnished. Look forward to the apartments’ successful combination of traditional charm and modern amenities. Some of the bathrooms include a bathtub.
Important information
Please note that roadworks will be taking place near the hotel between March 2012 and October 2012. Parking spaces will still be available a bit further from the hotel.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: There is no meal option with this hotel. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
