It underwent extensive renovation work in 1993, when it was rebuilt and furnished in a modern rustic style.

Our ballroom can accommodate up to 180 persons.

It is ideally suited to corporate events, bus groups, sports clubs, company parties, meetings and especially for wedding receptions or similar family celebrations.

We offer a variety of buffets to suit every occasion, along with regional beers, wines and soft drinks.

On request we can help you plan the entire framework of your event, including festive décor and an events programme which could include comedy or cabaret.

The family owners themselves oversee the quality of the cuisine here. All meals are freshly prepared.

Our speciality are dishes cooked on a hot stone. Once a month we invite you to a hearty, traditional meal cooked in this fashion, but we can also prepare you such a dish to order.

In addition, we offer an extensive lunch and dinner menu.

The town of Schönebeck is located directly on the Elbe. Our hotel therefore makes an ideal stopover for guests embarking on a cycle tour along the "Elbwanderweg" path.

Close to the city you find the "Straße der Romanik" ("Roman Route"), which leads you through a wealth of palaces, castles and historical buildings.

The unspoiled countryside surrounding the Elbe and Bördeland is home to diverse flora and fauna, and offers peace and relaxation. Bike rides and boat trips along the Elbe and Saale rivers are particularly charming.
