All rooms are bright, friendly and individually furnished. The rooms are double rooms (not twin rooms). Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, but there is a small smoking area in the house.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served from 08:00 every morning in the light breakfast room with a view to the garden, which has a barbecue and a seating area also.

Tea is available for you to help yourself, free of charge.

Area information

The varied landscape offers breath-taking views from well marked hiking routes which lead you through shady valleys and sunny high roads. The traditional buildings and farmyards with their ornate, attractive wooden gates blend harmoniously into the countryside.

In Oberkirchen and its surrounding area you will find several hiking trails, mini-golf, an 18-hole golf course and a 6-hole practise course available to all, an outdoor pool with artificial waves, the 7-kilometre long reservoir at Hennesee (including bathing areas, sailing and surfing), cross-country ski tracks and ski slopes in the winter. . . and much, much more.
