If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
