The Tafelhof is the traditional, gourmet restaurant. Here you can enjoy Franconian and international specialities, Franconian draft beer and quality wines.
Next to the hotel lobby, Boymann's Bar attracts guests with its excellent wines, champagnes and all kinds of fancy cocktails.
Carlton SPA has its own small bar and roof terrace which are open during the summer.

By car:
- From the A3 Würzburg motorway, take the A73 motorway and exit at Nürnberg-Rothenburger Straße. Follow the signs for Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof.
- Turn right in front of the main train station, and then turn right again.
- From the A9 Munich motorway, take the Nürnberg-Fischbach exit and follow the signs for Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof.
- After the train station, turn left and then turn right into Eilgutstraße.
- From the A6 motorway, continue onto the A73 motorway, exit at Nürnberg Zollhaus/Zentrum, and head for Hauptbahnhof (main train station).
- After the train station, turn left and then turn right into Eilgutstraße.
Arriving by plane:
Take the U2 underground line directly from the airport to the main railway station. This is just a 15-minute journey. Take the west exit of the station, and the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away.
