Area information
The hotel is located close to the lake Aasee, the Mühlenhof Open-Air Museum, the planetarium and the all-weather zoo. On the lake, it is possible to go sailing or to take a ride in a rowing boat or pedal boat. From the hotel it takes just 15 minutes to walk to the attractive city centre with its impressive baroque buildings and 13th-century cathedral. Surrounded by historical buildings, you find a range of excellent shops. The Münsterland region invites you to go for a variety of day trips and to explore over 100 castles, palaces and manor houses.

Arriving by train:
From Münster's main railway station, take bus number 14 from the bay B1 and head towards Zoo.
Exit at stop Franz Hitze Haus which is opposite the street of the hotel.
Arriving from the airport FMO Münster/Osnabrück (28 kilometres from the hotel):
Take bus number S50 or R51 to the main railway station Hauptbahnhof Münster. This journey takes approximately 45 minutes, or 25 minutes by taxi. Then follow the instructions above.
Arriving by car:
Leave the A1 motorway coming from Dortmund or the A43 motorway coming from Wuppertal at the exit at Münster Süd and follow the course of the road Weseler Straße towards the city centre, Zentrum.
At the eighth set of traffic lights turn left into the Kolde-Ring.
Once you have crossed the Aaseebrücke bridge, turn right at the next set of traffic lights and you will see the hotel entrance.
If you are leaving the A1 motorway from Bremen/Osnabrück, take the exit Münster-Nord and follow the course of route B54 which joins Steinfurter Straße.
At the first large crossing with traffic lights, turn right into the Orlean-Ring and head towards Coesfeld/Zoo.
After 2 kilometres turn left at the 6th set of traffic lights and you will see the hotel entrance.
