The town centre can be reached on foot in a matter of minutes. There you will find a shopping centre, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy and much more.
The hotel is situated directly on the "Weserradweg" - the cycle path running beside the river Weser - and offers a variety of sports and activities. Tennis and squash courts are available in the local area (1300 metres away), as are paths suitable for Nordic walking and jogging, inline skating facilities (50 metres away) and an outdoor pool (2000 metres away).

Travel information
- Arriving via the A2 from Dortmund, take the exit "Minden/Porta Westfalica" (No.33). After 5.5 km get in the right-hand lane and drive left over the river bridge. Continue along this road and you will reach us after 3 km.
- Arriving via the A2 from Hanover, take the exit "Bad Eilsen" (No. 35). Join the B 83 towards "Minden/Bückeburg", and then the B 61/65. Continue over the river Weser until you reach exit "Minden-West/Lübbecke" and continue for 1 km to Kreisel. Once in Kreisel get in the left-hand lane, and you will reach us after 100 m.
- Arriving by train, take the VMR-Bus from the railway station and head towards the town centre as far as the main bus station (1.5 km). Change onto the bus towards "Porta Westfalica" and get out at the stop "Bad Minden". Services 454, 447 and 450 leave the town from stop "Erbeweg" and arrive in the town at stop "Hohenstaufenring".
