Please note that guests staying at the HI Youth Hostel Lindau must be members of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IHYF). Guests who are not members can purchase membership on arrival. International guests pay EUR 3.10 per person per night for a welcome stamp. Persons under age 27 pay a yearly membership of EUR 12.50. Older members pay EUR 21.00 per year.

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 4.40 per person per night. Full board costs EUR 7.90 per person per night.
