From the Jena-West railway station:

- take the no. 15 bus towards Rautal, getting off at the Stadtzentrum stop, or the bus nos. 10, 13 or 40, which terminate at Stadtzentrum
- from the Holzmarkt tram stop, take the no. 4 or no. 5 tram as far as the Sportforum stop
- Cross the Stadtrodauer Str. and the hotel is 100 metres ahead on the left-hand side, just beside the stadium

From the Jena Paradies railway station:

- take tram nos. 4, 5 or 35 as far as the Sportforum stop
- Cross the Stadtrodauer Str. and the hotel is 100 metres ahead on the left-hand side, just beside the stadium

From the A4 motorway:

- take the Jena-Lobeda-Ost motorway exit (54), and follow the signs for Stadtzentrum/Stadion
- turn left at the Stadion traffic light junction
- turn right towards the car park and the hotel entrance is directly opposite

From other directions:

- when coming through the city centre follow the signs for the A4 motorway or Lobeda
- make a left turn at the Stadion traffic light junction
- turn right towards the car park and the hotel entrance is directly opposite
