Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 16.50 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 18 per day.

An extension has been added to the former outbuilding next to the main hotel complex, and individual rooms and suites have been built.

All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are very comfortable. Warm colours, noble woods and high-quality drapery give the rooms a cosy and elegant ambience. A few of the rooms also feature a wonderful view over the River Elbe.
