Bad Fredeburg is a district within the town of Schmallenberg, and is located in the beautiful Upper Sauerland region. The town is characterised by enchanting timber-framed buildings and slated roofs, while the surrounding area is dominated by densely forested mountains. Numerous well-signposted hiking trails allow you to explore the glorious scenery; the renowned Rothaarsteig path can be reached in just 15 minutes.
