Having undergone extensive renovation work during the 1990s and 2000s, the area of Prenzlauer Berg boasts probably the largest area of Wilhelminian (or "Gründerzeit") period buildings. 300 of its many buildings are listed.

The part of the district close to the city centre is dominated by restaurants and bars. The underground station "Eberswalder Straße" is at the hub of the area's nightlife, lying between Schönhauser Allee, Danziger Straße and Kastanienallee.

Cinemas, shopping centres, events halls and parks provide leisure and entertainment at all hours. Our hotel enjoys a central yet peaceful location here.

We are well-served by an excellent public transport network (S-Bahn, underground rail, tram and bus), allowing you to reach your destination in no time.

From the A2 and A9 motorways:
- Approach via the Berliner Ring (A10) in the direction of Potsdam
- At Nuthetal junction keep to the right and travel along the A115 towards Berlin-Zentrum/Zehlendorf
- At the Funkturm junction keep half-right and head towards Hamburg/Wedding
- After 1.52 km continue along the A100 towards Charlottenburg junction
- After 4.12 km continue towards the junction Jakob-Kaiser-Platz and keep left
- Leave the A100 by taking Seestraße at the motorway's end, and then take Osloer Straße
- After 570 metres turn right into Schwedenstraße
- After 370 metres continue along Badstraße and then Brunnenstrasse
- After 510 metres turn left into Rügener Straße
- Continue along Gleimstraße and you will reach our hotel after 926 metres

Please note that parking spaces are limited in Berlin. It is possible to find a parking space nearby, but we recommend that you use the city's excellent public transport system to avoid stress.
