Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 3.90 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Guests may choose between single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. All rooms are non-smoking, bright and modern. Each room features its own individual mural painting by the artist F.J. Perez and a personal garden gnome. Rooms also feature a desk and lockable wardrobe. Many of our rooms also feature a sofa, and some rooms are fitted with loft beds.

All rooms feature an en suite bathroom. The bathrooms of our triple and quadruple rooms are located in the hallway and can only be opened using the keys to the corresponding guest rooms.
