Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One further older child or adult is charged EUR 22 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 13 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
