The Clipper Garden Home enjoys a park-like setting and offers a total of 85 stylish business suites. A sauna area is available at all times and may be used by guests at no extra charge. Solarium available as well for extra charge.

We provide concierge, shopping and shuttle services. Our staff would be happy to assist you in the booking of theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, travel tickets and laundry services.

Our meetings and seminar area comprises three halls equipped with modern conference technology. These can accommodate 50 delegates, or can be combined to cater for 80.

Room information

Our comfortable rooms include luxurious bathrooms and connections for PCs and fax. They are equipped with all common facilities including a security code card system. Most of our suites also feature a separate guest WC and a spacious South-facing balcony. WLAN is available in all of our suites.

Food & beverage

Get your day off to a good start with our comprehensive breakfast buffet. On request we can provide business travellers with a special business breakfast.

To round off your busy day, enjoy a glass of beer or wine in our lobby bar.

Area information

The access to airports and train stations is easy and quick. Tegel and Schönefeld are within 30 minutes of the hotel. Tempelhof and the train station Zoo are within 10 minutes.

If you arrive by car you can use the hotel car park free of charge.

Important information

Our apartments are partially cleaned once every 3 nights, and are fully cleaned once every 6 nights.

On request the hotel provides shuttle and shopping services.

Cancellation policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
