These spacious suites in the heart of Berlin feature a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony or conservatory. They are a 2-minute walk from the Friedrichstraße shopping street, the Gendarmenmarkt Square and underground trains.

The apartment building has an underground garage. From here, an elevator takes you directly to your suite.

A small Italian breakfast and a concierge service are available on weekdays at the Clipper City Berlin. The apartment building also features a fitness and sports club, sushi bar and Italian restaurant.

The Unter den Linden boulevard is a 3-minute walk away. Buses run directly to Zoologischer Garten from there.

Room information

The suites feature simple, contemporary design and offer a private atmosphere. All modern conveniences are included, including Sky TV and Pay TV, and a hi-fi system.

In addition, you find ample workspace with modern communications technology.

For your safety, a secure entry system with chip-card is available, and you also find a safe in your suite.

Food & beverage

On Sundays, breakfast is served at the nearby Opernpalais between 09:00 and 11:00. (Please note, this breakfast is more expensive than the breakfast offered by the Clipper City Home from Mondays to Saturdays.)

The building's sushi bar, EDO, is open daily for both lunch and dinner.

The Sagrantino Wine Bar serves a fine selection of wines and small snacks from lunchtime onwards. Savour the welcoming atmosphere here and relax between your adventures in the capital.

Area information

Within walking distance, you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants, including the gourmet restaurant VAU.

Numerous attractions can be reached on foot, while the nearby underground station, Französische Strasse, connects you to the city’s excellent transport network.

Important information

Suites are partly cleaned every 3 nights, and fully cleaned every 6 nights. Suites can be cleaned more frequently if arranged in advance.

Towels can be replaced daily if arranged in advance.

Reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, and from 09:00 to 17:00 at weekends and on public holidays.

Please note that breakfast is not available on Sundays.
