A room for wheelchair users and a room for guests with disabilities are located on the ground floor. The wheelchair-friendly room can be connected to a carers room. All areas of the hotel are easily accessible by guests with disabilities, and all floors are served by a lift.

The first floor is a non-smoking floor. An indoor playground is located on this floor.
