Area information
Our hotel is surrounded by glorious hiking trails. From the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt look-out tower approximately 20 metres away, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the whole island. Bergen's old town is just a 5-minute walk away and will tempt you to go on a shopping trip. In Buschvitz nearby you will find an open-air kart racing track. The open-air theatre in Ralswiek with its Störtebeker festival is also just a few kilometres away.

The Hotel am Rugard offers bicycle hire, laundry service and a shuttle service to and from Bergen railway station, for both arrival and departure.

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
