Naturhotel Baltrum

This eco-friendly hotel lies on the East Frisian island of Baltrum, a 7-minute walk from the North Sea Coast. Naturhotel Baltrum offers organic food, Wi-Fi and its own yoga studio with massages during the main season.

All rooms at Naturhotel Baltrum offer views of the countryside or picturesque village, and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a 4-poster bed and armchairs and a direct view of the dunes and salt meadows.

An organic breakfast buffet is provided from 08:00 to 10:00 in the bright conservatory restaurant. Guests can also enjoy 3-course fish and vegetarian meals every evening.

The garden at Naturhotel Baltrum has its own sunbathing area with beach wicker chairs. Guests can also relax in the attic library, TV room, small cinema lounge or explore this car-free island on a walking tour.

In 2010 the family-run Naturhotel was officially recognised as being environmental friendly. It lies in the heart of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.

Please note that the schedule for Baltrum’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides.
The travel time from Neßmersiel Ferry Port to Baltrum Island is approximately 30 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Neßmersiel Ferry Port, which has a large car park.
