Hotel Pension Jägerstieg & Appartments

In an idyllic location in the middle of the Harz region, surrounded by mountains and countryside, the family-run Pension Jägerstieg offers a swimming pool and a small playground in the garden.

The Hotel Pension Jägerstieg & Appartments offers rooms and apartments which are tastefully decorated in a rustic cottage style. All rooms are fitted with shower/bath, WC, TV and balcony.

The Jägerstieg offers a tasty breakfast and a selection of coffees and baked goods in the large lounge with panoramic view. During good weather meals can be enjoyed on our lovely patio.

The town of Bad Grund offers numerous recreational facilities, including a small minigolf course, fairytale valley and adventure playground. A forest quiz game area, donkey rides and leisure clubs are also nearby.

On "Walpurgisnacht" (30th April) guests can transform their children into little witches and devils. If guests hike to the Iberger Albertturm they can even enjoy a snowball fight in the middle of summer.

Choose from 14 double,single rooms (a total of 25 beds) and 7 apartments which are tastefully decorated in a rustic cottage style. All rooms are fitted with shower/bath, WC, TV and balcony.

We offer breakfast, half-board or full-board including coffee and cakes in our large lounge with panoramic view. During good weather you can enjoy your meal on our lovely patio.

Arriving from the North:
Take the A7 motorway Hanover-Kassel as far as the exit "Seesen" and then continue on the B243 (the fast route towards Osterode) until you reach the exit "Clausthal-Zellerfeld/ Bad Grund".

Arriving from the South:
Travel through Kassel and Göttingen towards Seesen. There are also good connections from the Rhine/Ruhr regions and Westphalia.

Arriving from the East:
Travel through Hasselfelde, Braunlage, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, and take the B242 (the Harz high road) until you reach the exit "Bad Grund".

Arriving from the West:
Take the A7 motorway Dortmund-Kassel-Hanover until you reach the exit "Seesen". Continue on the B243 (the fast route towards Osterode) until you reach the exit "Clausthal-Zellerfeld/ Bad Grund".

A swimming pool and sauna are available to all guests at no extra charge.
