New complex is composed of 30 stylish guestrooms, a restaurant for up to 150 persons, several multifunctual function rooms, a bar & club lounge and a café bar with terrace.

Also a library and a leisure room will be set up.

Surrounded by olden beech groves in a undulating landscape Bad Doberan is located westerly of hanseatic city Rostock. Well known lake spa Heiligendamm, a district of Bad Doberan, borders straight to the sea.

Some of the local sights are the minster, monastery park, steam driven narrow-gauge railway “Molli” as well as Germany´s oldest race-course.

Due to renovation works over the summer, the facilities will be affected as follows:
