Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 35 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
