Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Dinner costs EUR 18 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 8 per day.

We have 2 room categories to offer; city side or garden side. Some of the garden-side rooms offer a nice view to the Schlossgarten or the church. All rooms are en suite.

A few family rooms with space for up to 4 people are available as well. Some of the rooms have a small balcony and the majority of the rooms are non-smoking.
