If you plan to arrive after 23:00, please contact the residence in advance to obtain access codes.
Deposit:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, credit card details will be taken.
For stays of 7 to 29 nights, EUR 500 will be pre-authorised on a credit card on arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, an amount of EUR 500 will be debited and then reimbursed at check-out, provided the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition.
Linen and cleaning:
For stays of up to 6 nights, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and daily cleaning is provided (there is an additional charge for change of linen of 6 euros per person).
For stays of 7 nights or more, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and daily cleaning are provided, along with 1 linen change (there is an extra charge for extra linen changes). The linen is changed once a week. An extra change will have an additional charge.
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid on arrival.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night. Breakfast costs EUR 5 per night per child under 10 years. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 10 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
