Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 10 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
