Important information
For stays for 7 nights or more, linen is provided. Towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site. Guests can check-in from 17:00 and should leave before 10:00 on the day of departure.
For stays less than 7 nights, beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided and cleaning at the end of the stay is included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). Guests can check in from 15:00 and should leave before 12:00 on the day of departure.
City tax is not included in room rates.
Reception opening hours are
09:00 until 12:00 and 15:00 until 19:00 Sunday to Friday
08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays.
In July and August reception is open from

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.50 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.05 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person per night. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
