Hotel Residence L' Océane is located in the unique setting of the Bassin d'Arcachon, near central Andernos and only half an hour from Bordeaux. Andernos boasts a vast beach surrounded by pine groves, nature reserves and forests.

Guests should visit the nearby oyster port to sample Arcachon’s speciality cuisine and the beach at Quincunxes with stunning wild fauna is not to be missed.

Please note that swimming trunks are the obligatory attire for male bathers in the hotel swimming pool.

Studios welcoming up to 4 people are available for weekly stays with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

For studios and apartments, the price includes consumption of water, electricity and gas.

Mini-ovens, Hoovers and irons are available at reception (on request).

The following services are available at an extra charge:
- Rental of bed sheets and towels
- TV rental
- Cot rental (only in July and August)
- End of stay cleaning

Reservations for a stay of 2 stay and more :
A deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged by the hotel to the credit card, at the time of the reservation.
This deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Opening hours of the reception :
From Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
On Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.
On Sundays from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
In case of arrival out of these hours, please contact the hotel.

For Studios and Apartments :
Arrivals on Saturdays from 16:00 / Departures on Saturdays before 10:00.
A security deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
