Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 6 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
