Area information

The old Languedoc city of Agde la Grecque delights and fascinates its visitors. Located on the edge of the sea, the Cap d’Agde, with its harbour and fine sandy beaches, has a lively atmosphere. Agde is also a "Station Kid" resort, meaning that it is child-friendly and safe.

Travel information

Road : Motorway A9, exit Agde/Pézenas by the N312, followed by the N112. Circumvent Agde. Do not take exit “Le Cap”, but exit “Agde interdite aux camions”. At the roundabout, take Avenue Mitterand, then the first to the right (rue du Luxembourg). Follow the indications to the residence.

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16 per night per person for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 6 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
