The Pierre & Vacances Holiday Resort Cap Esterel is divided into 3 areas:

• The Village Area:
In the heart of a 9-hole golf course overlooking the Bay of Agay, shaded squares and pleasant gardens with small streets, boutiques and restaurants.
Possibility to choose a sea view.

• The Hamlet Area
Located between Le Dramont beach and the Estate centre, the Hamlet is the quietest area. The majority of the apartments have a sea view.
The houses, placed side by side, have, as well as traditional Mediterranean architecture and style, a private garden giving this neighbourhood its residential character.

• The Lakeside Area
Apartments are located beneath the Hamlet, on the Estate’s outskirts and along the lakeside. The small Provencal-style buildings are located in landscaped surroundings. The village centre can be reached on foot (12 minutes) or with a small train.

• Opening hours:
The main reception in the village area is open: every day, around the clock.

FROM JULY 15 TO AUGUST 26: MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ONLY ON SATURDAY.

Cost includes:

• Accommodation.
• Sheets, bathroom linen, 1 dishcloth, 1 cleaning kit*, all left in the apartment.

• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes).

These services are repeated at the beginning of each week for stays of more than a week.

* Cleaning kit including: washing-up product, scouring cream, detergent, 1 double-sided sponge, washing-up cloth, disposable floorcloth.

In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen area with, among others, 4 hotplates, mini-oven and electric coffee-maker, a TV with 6 French channels, 4 foreign channels (1 English: CNN, 3 German: ARD, SAT1, MTV) and 1 special Cap Esterel Village information channel (weather, activities…) CAP TV.
Furthermore all apartments have non-contractual information, a chargeable safe and a balcony or terrace with garden table and chairs.

Please note: No telephones in the Bastides apartments or in the N buildings of the Hamlet.

Located in the village centre, “Le Grand Bleu” restaurant faces the Bay of Agay: traditional cuisine, babies accommodated, children’s area with cartoons.

Proposed formulas:
- 7-meal Formula:
7 meals (lunches or dinners) with starter, main course and dessert. Drinks not included.

- Half-board Formula:
7 "buffet" breakfasts and 7 meals (lunches or dinners) with starter, main course and dessert. Drinks not included.
Possible to book these services for short stays.

BY ROAD
• From Paris (980 km): A 8 motorway (La Provençale), Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël exit, follow the direction of Saint-Raphaël/Cannes, then St-Raphaël centre, then Valescure and Agay. At Agay, follow the direction to St-Raphaël.

BY TRAIN
• SAINT-RAPHAEL TGV STATION (9 km)
- Coach links: Société Raphaël Bus or by taxi.

BY AIR
• NICE COTE D’AZUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (75 km by motorway)
- Coach link to Cannes, then regular bus service Cannes/Agay or by taxi.

EUR 200 per apartment, paid on arrival (by cheque or bank card) and refunded upon departure.
