Please note that check-in takes place at Forenom Office, Hämeenkatu 16, 20500 Turku (this is not the address for the apartments). Upon arrival, guests will receive keys and the exact location of the apartment.

Guests arriving after 17:00 need to contact the office at least 3 hours prior to arrival. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation. Kindly observe that guests arriving after 17:00 have to pay an additional fee for key delivery.

Please note that internet access needs to be requested in advance.
