At Palace Gourmet, all creative dishes are prepared using only the finest of local ingredients and the à la carte menu changes seasonally. The wine selection is in a league of its own; during the years the wine cellar has been filled with carefully selected first-rate wines.

The Gin & Tonic Lounge Bar offers the largest selection of gins in town and the scenic 11th floor terrace is open during the summer.

The 9th floor Sea Lounge serves coffee, small snacks, fruit and complimentary Afternoon Tea daily.
