The Kivi Talu is located next to a small lake in the Southern-Estonian forests and hills, 8 km from Otepää. The cottages all offer a kitchen and free Wi-Fi.

The Tartu skiing area is only 2 km from the Kivi Talu. The Kuutsemäe ski and snow tubing slopes are 12 km away. There, ski and snowboard rentals as well as tennis courts can be found.

The Kivi Talu will provide half-board upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Guests of the Kivi Talu can swim, boat and fish at the lake in summer and ice-skate in winter. Three different types of saunas can also be used.

Please note that many animals, including cats, dogs, chickens, sheep and horses, are present at Kivi Talu. Therefore, pets are strictly not allowed. Please note that a penalty will be charged for bringing pets along. There is also a fine for smoking inside the bungalows.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
