The reception is open:

01 October to 30 April: 06:00 to 22:00 (Friday and Saturday: 06:00 to 16:00, Sunday: 07:00 to 14:00).

01 May to 30 September: 06:00 to 23:00 (Sunday: 07:00 to 22:00).

Outside reception opening hours, it is possible to check in using our check-in machine via the booking number and a credit card.

The hotel is located on the 6.-9th floor of Ishøj Shopping Center, with an impressive view of the bay. Parking is free of charge and there is easy access by train to Copenhagen city center (15min), Copenhagen Congress Center Bella (30min), Cph Airport (40min) and Malmø/Sweden (60min).
