| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of DKK 200 will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged DKK 150 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged DKK 450 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 60 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 40 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 25.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs DKK 90 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
