Guests will be invoiced the total amount of their stay following the booking. Payments shall be made exclusively with bank transfer no later than 14 days after receiving the invoice.

Guests can rent bed linen and towels at the hostel or choose to bring their own. Sleeping bags are not permitted at Danhostel.

Please note that non-members of Hostelling International (HI) must either pay an additional fee or purchase the membership card at the hostel upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of DKK 200 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged DKK 75 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 25.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs DKK 50 per person per night. Buffet breakfast costs DKK 25 per night per child under 12 years. Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 2 years.
