Hovborg Kro

This hotel is set in a renovated 1790s building. It offers traditional Danish cuisine and specially imported Italian wine. All rooms feature private patios, which lead to the cobblestone courtyard.

Hovborg Kro’s rooms have a TV, desk and private bathroom.

The in-house restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients in its dishes. The menu features options such as game and trout. A children’s menu is also available.

Hovborg Kro is situated in a little village 25 km from Billund. The low ceilinged rooms characterize the atmosphere of these 200 year old historic buildings.

Remember to enjoy numerous family day trips to places such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo or a short trip to the German Danish border.

Hovborg evenings held often and are a special arrangement complemented by a buffet and live music.

The restaurant is located in the old main building originally from 1790 and still with a thatched roof. Remember to try the Inn’s specialty dish called Jutlandish pan dish.

Lunch between 11.30 and 17.00
Dinner between 17.00 and 21.00

Hovborg Kro is 10 km north from the E20, exit at number 70.

Only 20 km from Legoland in Billund and 35 km from Giveskud Løvepark (Givskud Zoo).

During weekdays a bus operates from the village Hovborg. This service is not available at all times, nor during evenings or weekends.

Guests arriving outside these hours need to pick up their key at the restaurant, which is possible until 22:00.
