The hotel offers fine dining options with its French/international kitchen. Served here are three-course dinner menus that are changed every day and influenced by seasonal ingredients. There is also the Manor Menu, which is a two-course dinner prepared with the freshest produce and ingredients purchased, whenever possible, from local suppliers. Complementing the cuisine is a carefully selected range of quality wines.
Dinner and lunch can be enjoyed in one of the dining halls. The central dining room is decorated with paintings of a famous Danish painter depicting the Garden of Eden.
