| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of DKK 500 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged DKK 21 per night per person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 25.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs DKK 90 per person per night. Buffet breakfast costs DKK 45 per night per child under 16 years. Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
