This luxurious historic hotel dates back to the 14th century and is conveniently located directly in the heart of the Old Town of Prague, mere minutes from the Old Town Square.

Completely reconstructed in 2008, the house was formerly known as “At Seven Candlesticks” and “At the Red Deer”. The entire courtyard is protected by the UNESCO as a world heritage site. The 2 former names reflect the fact that during the late Middle Ages 2 separate houses stood here. Both residences were joined together to create the current property. The whole house is characterized by Renaissance arcades and portals, providing an ancient and traditional atmosphere. The luxurious suites are decorated with hand-painted historical beams dating back to the 17th century.

The strictly non-smoking rooms include a range of modern amenities and functional furniture (including Metamorphis furniture inspired by the Spanish succession period), historical hand-painted or beamed ceilings, jacuzzis and massage showers in the suites and apartments. A third guest can be accommodated in a standard bed in junior suites or double rooms. A free WLAN or LAN internet access is available.

All rooms are equipped with a mini-bar and a free tea/coffee making facilities.

Everybody can find a little corner for himself in the small and cosy café on the ground floor. The summer terrace is available from April to the end of October, offering a view of the spires of the Týn church and providing an enjoyable location for a business lunch, a cup of coffee or a glass of vintage wine. Choose from delicious meals of both the Bohemian and the international cuisine and from quality Bohemian or foreign wines.

The hotel is located on the UNESCO-listed Ungelt Square, 50 metres from Tyn Cathedral, 100 metres from the Jewish quarter and the Old Town Square with the astronomical clock, 250 metres from Wenceslas Square, the Municipal House and the Powder Gate and 1,2 km from Charles Bridge.

By Car:
- Drive from the Moldau River into Revoluční Street.
- Pass the traffic lights and go straight into Dlouhá Street and follow the road until you reach the large Kotva department store on the right.
- Turn right as if you were driving into the car park, but continue around and follow the street to its end.
- Then turn right into Rybná and immediately left into Jakubská Street.
- At the end of this street, in front of you, you can drive through the gate into the Tyn courtyard.


By Public Transport:
From the Staroměstská A-underground Old Town station:
- walk along Kaprova Street.
- Cross the Old Town Square and walk along the narrow street near the Tyn Church into the Tyn courtyard.

From the Náměstí Republiky B-underground station or tram station on Republic Square:
- go around the Kotva department store into its second entrance on the opposite side.
- Then continue into Jakubská Street.
- At the end of this street, you will enter the old gate into Tyn Court.
