Melantrich Apartments are brand new apartments situated on the largest Prague boulevard Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Square), in the very heart of the historical centre.

From the balcony of Melantrich House, which once was the home of a publishing company, Václav Havel gave his speeches which initiated the fall of the communist regime in 1989.

The building has been completely renovated recently and offers modern, quiet, spacious and well-equipped apartments with kitchens, a 24-h front desk and a fitness and wellness centre.

Most of the apartments have a balcony or a terrace and all boast free wireless internet access. You will also find a washing machine and a CD player in the apartments.

Bars, night clubs, restaurants, shops and malls, the National Theatre, Charles Bridge or Old town Square with the Astronomical clock are just around the corner.

All 3 metro lines green A, yellow B and red C intersect on Wenceslas square at Mustek and Muzeum stations. Mustek station is located right next to the hotel.

If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
