The conference centre provides 3 flexible and versatile meeting rooms with daylight, the largest one seating up to 40 people. Escape from the city noise in the hotel garden which is also an ideal place to hold family functions, celebrations as well as company gatherings and parties.

Hotel guests enjoy free access to the fitness centre and a free shuttle bus service to the city centre. The hotel also provides a transport service to the airport and the train and bus stations at an additional cost.

Apart from the listed activities, also petanque, aerobic and indoor cycling facilities are provided at an additional cost.

The hotel offers 57 rooms, including 5 suites, 32 superior rooms and 20 standard rooms. Many of the hotel rooms have undergone a major refurbishment in 2006 and 2007. The bus stop right in front of the hotel provides easy access to famous sights like Wenceslas Square or Prague Castle or you can use the hotel's free shuttle service (reservation at least one day in advance). Old Town Square, the National Museum, Wencelslas Square and the main Prague boulevard with its many shops is accessible in about 15 minutes.

From the airport by public transport (18 km):
- Bus 119 to Dejvická metro station.
- From Dejvická take the green metro line (line A) to Skalka.
- From Skalka take bus 138 or 224 for about 8 minutes to the U Lípy stop. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

From Hlavni nadrazi or Holesovice train stations by public transport:
- Red metro line (line C) to the Muzeum station.
- From Muzeum, take the green metro line (line A) to Skalka.
- From Skalka take bus 138 or 224 for about 8 minutes to the U Lípy stop. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
