The advantage of the hotel is that it houses a number of air-conditioned conference rooms featuring the latest equipment. Primavera Hall, the largest congress centre, can host up to 280 people, the 2 lounges up to 100 people and the 2 meeting rooms up to 35 and 14 people.

The hotel provides smoking and non-smoking rooms. Superior rooms and suites feature a beautiful view of the Uhlava river valley. Dogs are only permitted in some rooms on request. There are balconies and/or extra beds available in a number of rooms.
