Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 6 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
