Spend a night in the suite in which General Patton slept, in our traditional hotel with a history dating back to 1583, when the Emperor Rudolf II promoted our ancestors to the ranks of nobility.

The hotel is located nearby a forest spring, 150 meters from the spa collonade and the spa centre. All rooms and apartments are fully equipped and elegantly furnished to provide a maximum of luxury and comfort. The hotel's tearoom where you can choose from 27 varieties of oriental and exotic teas, the winter garden with exotic flowers and the dance floor will certainly charm you. Weather permitting, you can sit and relax on the terraces of the hotel. Your car can be parked on site, either in a garage or on the parking place.

Thanks to its romantic location and to its cosy atmosphere the hotel is a popular venue for family celebrations like weddings and birthdays.

In 1583 the Emperor Rudolf II promoted our ancestors into the ranks of nobility. The Hotel was nationalized in 1952 and after 40 years it was returned to the inheritors of the original owners.They had the hotel completely reconstructed in 1992 to ensure that each guest would be offered a high level of luxury and comfort.

Each room has an antechamber with a cloakroom and a bathroom with bathtub or shower and a toilet. Some are equipped with a bidet. Nearly all the rooms have a loggia or a balcony.

The speciality of the hotel is a tea room offering 27 different kinds of oriental and exotic tea.

Apart from the typical Art Nouveau architecture, Marianske Lazne also offers a rich choice of cultural events.

There are beautiful parks and forests surrounding the hotel providing ideal possibilities for sporting activities. Nicely kept and well signed walking trails lead to beautiful spots and restaurants. For sportive guests, there are well marked cycling trails, tennis courts, a golf court, an outdoor swimming pool and various fitness centres. In the winter, there are trails for cross country skiing available.

MARIANSKE LAZNE offers a rich cultural and social life. In the Casino, concerts, balls and other social events are held, whereas in the theatre performances, operas, operettas and symphonic concerts may be enjoyed.

To the rich cultural life of Marianske Lazne belong the yearly Chopin Music Festival, the season opening celebration as well as the consecration of the spa sources. In summer, special events are the open air concerts in the spa centre as well as the singing fountain.
