Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.50 per night per person for extra beds.
One children from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 17.50 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
