Our hotel is conveniently located in Karlovy Vary, 5 km from the spa centre and close to the spa forests, with excellent transport links in the vicinity.

The privileged position of our hotel provides plenty of opportunity for active leisure such as cycling, water sports and mountain climbing and sightseeing in the beautiful historical spa town of Karlovy Vary. There is a regular bus service to the city centre right from the hotel.

We can arrange spa procedures focusing on specific problems in the Elizabethan baths situated 10 minutes by bus from our hotel.

Housing a restaurant with a bar, lounge and free parking spaces for all our guests, our hotel can play host to all kind of events.

Our hotel offers accommodation in 20 generally equipped rooms. The total capacity of our hotel is 46 beds with the possibility of additional beds.

Our restaurant offers a homely atmosphere and seats up to 95 guests. In the summertime the open-air restaurant provides another 45 places. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 22:00.

For smaller groups there is a cosy separate room. A complete culinary service is offered on the first floor, catering for business lunches, press conferences or dance events with both recorded and live music. We are able to host all kinds of events such as weddings, family or company celebrations.

If you are comming from the border checkpoint Oberwiesenthal follow the directions to Karlovy Vary. There follow still the signs to Cheb in Karlovy Vary. At third traffic circle turn left, direction to Plzeň (Pilsen). After 2 km you can see the sign Svatošské skály on the right side and on the opposite side (on the left side) there is the hotel. Parking place is behind the building of hotel (It is free for our guests).

If you are comming from Prague use the same directions like you are comming from border checkpoint Oberwiesenthal.

If you are comming from Cheb you have to go to Plzeň (Pilsen) at the first traffic circle. After 2 km you can see our hotel on the left side, opposite the sign of direction Svatošské skály. Parking place is behind the hotel.

If you are comming from Plzeň (Pilsen) you are comming to Karlovy Vary over the water dam in Březová. At the end of the bridge (water dam) you have to turn left. Karlovy Vary is 7km far from that point. There is our hotel on the left side in a moment after you get in urban neighbourgh, opposit the sign – direction to Svatošské skály.

If you are comming:
- by train you´ll get at the railway station in Karlovy Vary – Doubí; our hotel is 500 m far from here.

- by bus you´ll ge in the centre at urban mass transportation. You´ll take bus No. 6 and go to the station Doubí.
